Return & Refund Policy

At Trace & Stone, we take pride in the quality of every lure we craft. Because our products are handmade fishing lures, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our work — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll send the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

No Returns on Used Lures For quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on lures that have been used. All lures are inspected before shipment.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely already been placed with our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
