Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 2–7 business days after fulfillment.
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier. Trace & Stone is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Trace & Stone is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
